1. Is delivery free for product orders?
-For Metro Manila customers, a minimum order of Php3,500 is required for free delivery service.
-For nearby provinces north and south of Metro Manila, minimum order amount varies depending on the distance and approximated travel.
2. How about product shipping and freight services?
-For product shipping and/or forwarding via sea and land only. Charges will be shouldered by the franchisee, delivery to terminals however will be free for orders Php3,500 and above. (Air freight not applicable).
-For product orders Php25,000 and above, freight charges via land and sea will be shouldered by our company (FFI).
3. Are there any other source for franchise products?
-you can pick-up goods/products at your nearest distributor/pick-up center within your area. For New Franchisees, all transactions will be made only to our San Juan Office. Only persons with FFI Franchisee ID will be entertain by our Distributors. Franchisee ID will be given upon accomplishment of forms, contract, agreement and payments.
4. Is there zoning rule for similar franchise concept franchisees?
-Food carts with the same concept must at least 500 meters away from each other.
5. What is the shelf life of the products?
-Products, as long as kept frozen, last 60 days.
-Once defrosted, products should be consumed within 24 hrs.
-Left over or unconsumed products should be returned to the freezer and likewise should be consumed within 24 hrs.
6. Are documents for permits applicable readily available?
-Documents required for stall can be made available upon request.
7. What is the duration of the franchise agreement?
-franchise agreement is good for 3 years, however it can be extended with a minimum renewal/processing fee.
8. What are the Franchisee Qualification?
